"Avoid these folks - no products, no contact, just awful service"
Stay away from them! No items were sent, and the lack of communication is just terrible. It's a really poor way to handle customers.

"Stay Away from This Scam Company"
This company is a total scam. I placed an order for some nested side tables two months back. Still no delivery, no tracking info, and they don’t respond to emails or calls. Seriously, don’t waste your time ordering from them. I've even filed a claim with my bank.

"Steer Clear of This Business"
I bought a coffee table online. They processed my order and charged my credit card. After waiting a few weeks, I wanted to check on the delivery date. I couldn't get any answers through phone or email. In the end, I had to file a claim with my credit card provider and got my money back.

"Avoid this company at all costs."
I made my order with good intentions at the end of September. Got a confirmation email, but then a few days later received another one saying my order was delayed, and I haven't heard a peep since. I tried calling two different numbers, but they’re both disconnected, and my emails have gone unanswered. I've escalated this issue with PayPal.

I placed my order 6 weeks back. I've made several calls and sent emails, but no one has gotten back to me. Had to do some Googling just to track down a contact number. The one listed on their site is out of service.

"Still Waiting for My Order After a Month"
I placed an order for a rug back in September and have sent several emails asking for an update, but I haven't received a single response. I feel like I've been taken advantage of by this company. I just want either my money back or the rug I paid for!!!!!

"Our Experience with the Asiatic Katherine Rug"
We got ourselves the Asiatic Katherine Carnaby Coast CS06 Cream rug back in January 2022, and let me tell you, it was absolutely gorgeous—just what we were looking for and then some. But, oh boy, things took a turn for the worse after that. We figured the rug would shed a bit, as wool rugs tend to do, but this one has such an open weave that instead of shedding, it just seems to 'unravel,' leaving wooly bits sticking up all over the place. And trust me, it didn’t get any better with time.

By May, we noticed some big tufts starting to pop up—just a few at first—but it’s been getting worse. We reached out to ORNATUS via email, but responses were few and far between. Eventually, I managed to chat with Trish, who was super polite but mentioned she’d need to discuss it with a senior staff member (which I totally get). I sent over some pictures, and they agreed to send a replacement. However, since we were heading off on holiday, they asked me to touch base when we returned, promising to have a replacement ready in the meantime.

Once we got back, I let them know, but then... crickets. In August, I reached out again, expressing our dissatisfaction with how the rug was deteriorating and how their after-sales service was pretty much non-existent. I asked for a refund, but they informed me that according to consumer law, I only had 30 days to return an item for a refund (not sure how a proper assessment can be made in just 30 days?).

Phil replied, saying he’d have a replacement ready by the first week of September and would send it right away. Well, here we are on October 11th, and still no word.

Having spent two decades working with companies on good business practices—Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Service—I can confidently say ORNATUS would fail on many fronts. It feels like their customer service strategy is to just stall and hope customers give up.

"Stay Away from This Company!"
I placed an order for some furniture weeks back and haven't received a peep from this terrible company. They don't pick up the phone or reply to any emails. They've taken my cash and disappeared. I really wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them!

I want to share an update regarding my experience with this company. They processed a refund for the rug I ordered, which I really appreciate. Just wish the communication could've been a bit smoother, but I'm thankful for the refund.

"Serious Fraud Concerns!!!"
The phone line just goes to voicemail, and nobody ever gets back to you; the online chat is perpetually offline, and again, no replies; I've sent multiple emails and got nothing back. My order is more than two months overdue, and customer service hasn’t said a peep about it. This feels like a total scam.

"Scam Alert"
I placed an order for a rug back in early September, and it still hasn’t shown up, even after they assured me it would. Now, they’re ignoring our emails and calls. We’ve asked for a refund, but there’s been no response. This has got to be a scam, right? Seriously, steer clear of this seller.
